How is that possible? Actually, this is the way we have always operated. When we price a job for you, we give you that figure in the form of a firm quote, not an estimate. Unlike companies that give an estimate – which then becomes a moving target as the job progresses – we stand by our quote. Unless you request changes that increase your project cost, your original quote is your final cost.

Only when we are in full agreement on the design details can we give you a quote and a contract. Once you sign your contract, we can add your project to our construction schedule.
