A Total Two Level Deck Transformation Keeping The Original Spirit, But Elevating It To A Whole New Level
After the original structure was removed, our team went to work with an enhanced design, increasing the top deck in size for more space for morning coffee, leisure, and relaxation.
To create this reborn low maintenance double decker deck, we chose AZEK Harvest decking from the TimberTech family of low maintenance deck building materials.
Meticulously engineered to last for years, its composition is all-plastic PVC, and these resilient deck boards have a tough shell that is resistant to mold, spills, and fading. The natural woodgrain texture provides superior traction and a natural wood feel, and is available in Slate Gray, Brownstone, and Kona. For this installation, we chose a combination of Brownstone for the richer, warmer hues it possesses and Kona for its dark brown textured vibrancy.
From the lower deck, a glance up reveals that the upper deck frame is now painted and finished, yielding a luxuriously cohesive and clean look.
