It works by capturing water and redirects it away from the TPC concrete patio area below so that it remains dry and protected from the elements, whatever Mother Nature throws at it. A dry deck system waterproof membrane under the upper deck’s surface perfectly channels water away from the deck so it doesn’t interfere with the bottom level.
By keeping the area beneath the low maintenance upper deck dry, our Lakeway TX deck team gave the family a bonus living space with overhead protection.
