For this project, the preexisting porch we built back in the early 2000s was still in great shape, and this client wanted to be able to also enjoy their new pool area with easy access to an outdoor shelter. Thus, an open porch design was the final design decision, and this space would be built as a direct extension of the screened-in porch space. The new addition is crafted from premium, pressure-treated timber, providing both durability and timeless beauty, while complementing the bright aesthetics of the new pool area. The ceiling features a stunning V-joint spruce finish, adding character, texture, and a touch of timeless class to the space. While we aren’t pool builders, we were happy to collaborate with other outdoor building professionals to ensure a seamless integration of all elements, working in tandem with another company’s newly installed patio while we ran the electric and gas lines for the outdoor kitchen. Our lighting package further enhances the ambiance and functionality of the space, making it a welcoming retreat for years to come, no matter the time of day or night.
