When our design team first arrived for the homeowners complimentary design consultation, we found a small deck outside of the living room. So our first order of business was to get that deck up-to-par. We added elements to the existing deck substructure to make it stronger, and upgraded the decking to low maintenance. Additionally, we also built a large deck on the right. And to make the space functional and practical as it could be, we built screened walls turning the space into a screened porch.
The area now features an aluminum roof – a pan aluminum roof system. Roll formed W-pan patio covers provide economical, solid shade that protect you and your home from inclement weather and harmful UV rays while also providing shade for relaxing..
