The transformation looks like magic, but it is actually the result of much strategic planning, care, and foresight.
The family wanted a new deck so they could bask in the sun and enjoy meals alfresco under an umbrella shaded dining table and chairs for six. Check.
The family also wanted to be able to enjoy peripheral seating while out on their new deck. Check. Check.
Last but not least, the family also wanted to be able to enjoy a spacious screened porch when they wanted more privacy and protection from bothersome insects who visited the backyard on occasion. Check. Check. Check.

The luxe, stunning beauty of real wood frames and completes this new outdoor living picture perfect combination space.
The new screened porch features a handsome and strong gable roof design which our construction team tied into the space using a metal roof.
Wanting to make up for lost leisure time, the family asked us to design and build a spacious pressure-treated wooden deck, as well as a screened porch.
The deck is crafted with a pressure-treated floor and dressed up to the nines with elegant vertical black metal balusters.
The screened porch is 12 feet deep, which is totally perfect in terms of depth for furnishings and comfort. It’s all the family needs to enjoy their outdoor living to the max.
