Prior to this adjustment, our clients’ stair was harshly steep. Accommodating their wishes, the family now likes how the wide stair increases the view of the pool and lake from the inside of their home – a beautiful sensory benefit.
Speaking of “sensory benefits,” the Edgeband was also installed in TimberTech Legacy Composite Decking in Pecan to match. Lights in the stair risers and added electrical outlets were also installed for every convenience imaginable.
As for the screen porch conversion to a sunroom, we installed insulation, sliding windows, and interior composite decking flooring to match.
