When we contacted these Columbia homeowners to discuss how they liked their new sunroom, they were eager to talk about how much they loved it. After moving here in 1995, these homeowners had always wanted a sunroom enclosure. Even though their home already had an existing screened patio, spring brings along tons of pollen. Archadeck of Central SC was able to convert their existing screened porch/patio into a custom sunroom using an infill system with low-maintenance aluminum. This type of conversion is less invasive than a traditional sunroom build. This means we were able to convert the porch into a stunning sunroom using much of the existing substructure and in less time than starting from scratch.
