Peanut Butter Cup S’mores:
This recipe is so simple a break from the norm, you are probably wondering why you didn’t think of it. Many of us keep a nice supply of Reece’s peanut butter cups at all times. Replace your favorite chocolate bar with a peanut butter cup, and sandwich it between graham crackers and a fresh-off-the-fire marshmallow. Don’t forget to try this recipe with a peanut butter egg around the Easter holiday season!

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies S’mores:
Hold onto your hats – this recipe has a very special ingredient! Replace your graham crackers with two chocolate chip cookies for this new spin on an old tradition. Add a smear of hazelnut spread to one cookie. Place your chocolate on top. Add a toasty marshmallow, and top with the other cookie. We see you, Nutella lovers!

Berries & Cream S’mores:
If you have a sweet tooth, and love a fruit dainty, this is the s’mores recipe for you! Wrap strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in an aluminum foil pouch. Roast over your fire pit for 10 minutes. Add a piece of white chocolate to one waffle cookie, and place your fruit compote on top. Add a roasted marshmallow, and top with the remaining waffle cookie. Decadent!

You might also file this recipe under “Why didn’t I think of that?” Go fireside with your Oreo cookies for this one – original or golden! Separate your cookie, and place your chocolate atop the cream side. Top with a marshmallow, and add the second cookie to make this mini s’mores cookie sandwich, perfect for tiny family members’ hands!
