All of our building projects that were underway when the stay-at-home orders were put in place, are still in progress. Construction is considered an essential industry, and as such, we have crews building porches and decks throughout the Charlotte area. Our builders are adhering to CDC-recommended safety precautions, making distant or no contact with our building clients. Since we are an outdoor living builder, this means that our crews are working outdoors, while families are safely inside their homes.

With our no-contact design consultations, virtual contract approvals, and e-signing capabilities, we are still scheduling building projects. If you are thinking of building this year, but have been putting it off until after the COVID-19 mandates have been eliminated, we implore you to call us now. We Can Visit Your Home for Project Measurements Without Making Contact
As mentioned above, we do not have to make personal contact with you to facilitate your project planning. When the time comes for our team members to evaluate your outdoor space, and take necessary measurements, we can do that without face-to-face contact, outside your home. If discussions are necessary at the time, our design professional can speak with you virtually, or from a safe distance in person. We will make every effort to facilitate your project with little-to-no contact. We at no time, will need to enter your home. While we always enjoy shaking hands and meeting new clients, that is not how we are conducting our business now.
