Does Archadeck work with HOAs?
Typically, HOAs prefer their homeowners to work with them. Archadeck will supply any necessary plans, permits, or documents needed for your HOA, but it is up to you to get their approval. Although we don’t handle HOA, we do take care of the permit process with your local village. We will apply for, secure, and obtain your local building permit.
