These homeowners were looking for a deck that would accommodate a grill and a couple of chairs, along with stairs to access their new patio below. We gave them a beautiful and low-maintenance TimberTech PRO Tropical deck in Amazon Mist finish. The rich decking color is the perfect complement to both the home’s exterior, as well as the pressure-treated wood skirting. The vertical application of the skirting gives this elevated deck and even higher appearance. The deck railing is powder-coated aluminum, offering added low-maintenance benefits and weather resistance.

This patio was created with Camelot granite Unilock pavers. The contrasting sailor course and soldier course were created with dark charcoal Holland stone. The custom square, gas-burning fire pit was built with Unilock Brussels limestone and a Unilock bullnose cap in contrasting dark charcoal. This beautiful patio space will be the perfect spot to gather with friends and family, or to enjoy for private respite.

The patio wraps around the side of the home and includes a set of low-maintenance TimberTech stairs to accommodate the change in elevation, allowing for easier use. The TimberTech stair also include useful riser lights for traversing the space after dark. The expansive paver patio is a visually dynamic addition to the outdoor space, beautifully tying in the back patio to the side of the home.
