Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, outdoor living projects need to be done in stages. Four years ago Archadeck of Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana designed and built a lovely deck for clients on a fishing lake in Noble County. This year we were welcomed back to design and construct a free standing pool deck for their above ground pool.
Setback issues necessitated working with the local Planning Commission. It is our practice to walk all projects through the permitting process for our homeowners.
The same materials used on the home’s deck were chosen and utilized for the pool deck. Low maintenance Azek in Slate Grey with hidden fasteners makes up the flooring with a classic white Tam-Rail railing. As with the home’s deck we used Permalatt DuraShell PVC lattice to skirt the raised deck and also provided an access door for storage.
A gate provides security and peace of mind.
