When this Roanoke family asked this Fort Wayne deck builder to construct a new poolside outdoor living space phased in stages, we listened and delivered.
OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW IN THREE PHASES
This backyard originally had a modest wood outdoor living space constructed out of lumber, and due to wear and tear and nature’s elements, it needed a refresh.

Additionally, the shape did not fit with the new backyard plan.
Working in concert with in-ground pool and paver contractors, we created this Roanoke outdoor living oasis in three phases:
The 1st phase consisted of the design and installation of a large in-ground swimming pool that stretched the entire width of the home exterior.
Tearing down the original wood deck and replacing it with a new low maintenance deck overlooking the new swimming pool completed phase 2.
After – new deck completed phase 2.
Phase 3 will complete this blissful backyard leisure and recreational space with a new paver patio, with a feature fire pit, surrounding the new in-ground pool.

FABULOUS FORT WAYNE DECKS START WITH ARCHADECK OUTDOOR LIVING
Much to our delight, the family chose to “Go big and stay home,” to borrow a cliché.
With an ever-excellent eye for detail and in great taste, every aspect of this outdoor living space transformation is stupendous. Its amenities and details simply sing the joys of outdoor living.
For starters, instead of wood, we used AZEK Slate Gray low maintenance composite decking with Castle Gate perimeter boards, trimmed with white low maintenance trim board.
The stunning railing chosen was Westbury VertiCable aluminum in black fine texture, accented by a coordinated drink rail and gate. Yes, they thought of everything.
For riser lighting to allow the family to linger and visit outdoors well into the evening, we chose Trex riser lights. Interesting to note is that Trex is a proud partner of the HGTV® Dream Home 2022 Giveaway.
