In keeping with the low maintenance profile of the new combination backyard space, the project also features a dry space rain deck area under the second level deck that was completed using TimberTech.
TimberTech was ranked #1 in Quality in the 2019 Builder Brand Use Study and #1 in Quality in the Railing category in the 2019 Remodeler Brand Use Study.
Emulating many of the popular attributes of AZEK, TimberTech decking is a composite material made of wood particles and high-density polyethylene, with added compounds to resist rot, mold and scratching.
To complete the space, vinyl lattice was used for the storage area to the left of the new patio and we installed riser lights on the deck steps to provide illuminated sightlines for safety and ambiance after dusk.
