ARCHADECK OF KANSAS CITY – COVID-19 BUSINESS UPDATE
As with all areas of the country, our local COVID-19 crisis is evolving by the hour. With stay-at-home restrictions in place, Archadeck of Kansas City would like you to know what that means for our business.
Though, it is not “business as usual” for us, we are open for business. We have implemented essential safety guidelines for our sales staff, which include hosting sales meetings via Google Meet. We are able to share our screens to discuss new projects, showcase our work, and talk about outdoor building options and materials. For our current clients, we are also using Google Meet to close on design approvals and contracts, and our documentation can all be e-signed. This means no face-to-face contact is ever required for the safety or our staff and our clients.
Even though our office staff is working virtually, as part of the essential workforce, we have five building crews on various jobsites. Our builders are following safety precautions, as mandated by local and federal governments. They are not making face-to-face contact with our clients and are working outside of their homes only.
