To guide family members and visitors safely into the home from either direction or vantage point, we installed white TimberTech railings with Premier rail cap – a terrific combination, any way you look at it.
Reinforcing the doubly accessible staircase, we augmented the structure with round black aluminum balusters, giving the entrance a classic look in black and white.
Adding to this low maintenance building formula, we chose to install white vinyl for the striking bead board ceiling. Surrounding it and below it, you’ll find AZEK PVC exterior trim installed with screws and plugs.
Likewise, we again chose AZEK for the 1 by 4 slat skirting system to dress and protect the area below. It’s a great way to ensure that critters and debris never enter the space which would have been wide open without it.
Atop it all, we chose to cover both porches and decks with 30-year architectural roof shingles in a deep warm gray shade that beautifully accentuates the home’s exterior siding color.

For safety, security and a clear view to the outside from inside this Wilmington MA home, our designers chose a sturdy white door with a full length sidelight in addition to the top third vertical window panels. The door is from Smooth Star, SKU number S4823.
At the lower stairs, we installed black RDI graspable hand rails to aid in sure footing at the approach.
