Archadeck of Northeast Dallas-Southlake was called to this large property located in Forney’s countryside. This project serves as one, expansive addition in outdoor living space real estate. It encompasses a multi-faceted design which works together like pieces of a puzzle.
When the homeowners contacted us they were interested in improving multiple areas of the property . These areas include the design and construction of a new garage with an adjoining covered patio, a new RV pad, fire pit area, walkways and amendments to the aesthetic features of the home.

Here is a look at each facet of the multi-structural project:
The Garage
Archadeck of Northeast Dallas-Southlake built the charming, farmhouse inspired detached garage using a gable roof design. Not only does the garage keep automobiles and other items out of site, it also features a walk-out covered patio area. Cedar posts and a lovely stain and stamp patio stained in pecan tan make this a perfect gathering spot for entertaining family and friends visiting from out of town. The columns feature chopped stone coping at the bottom to match the interior ceiling of the covered patio.
The RV Pad
As you know from following our feature stories in our blog, Archadeck is your one stop shot for all things outdoor living, and this RV pad addition is just another example. As you can see from the image below, however, this is not just any RV pad. The concrete pad features an adjoining stain and stamp patio, also stained in pecan tan, with a custom wood-burning fire pit. The way this area is designed makes way for camping-style fun with each visit!
Updates To Existing Home Exterior Space
In addition to the outdoor living space area upgrades, Archadeck also made some improvements to the home itself. We did this in order to tie the whole feel and aesthetic of the project. This entailed changing out the columns to the side entry of the home to cedar with chopped stone coping, and two additional posts of the same medium across the back of the home. This detail helps unify all the components and delivers a finished product that appears original to the home.
Tying It All Together
The final piece of the puzzle are the custom stain and stamp paths that allow easy access to the garage, poolside and home. These paths were all finished using the same stamp and stain as the patio off the garage and RV pad.
