Southlake Outdoor Kitchens Protected By Southlake Patio Covers Deliver Leisure, Dinnertime And Entertainment Experiences That Are Yours To Cherish

Now really, any Texan worth their weight will surely acknowledge that grilling and barbecuing in their own backyard is the bomb diggity.

Be it foot long hot franks right off the grill and ready for your favorite fixings, or that rack of ribs that has been marinating for a day now, or that beef brisket that you finally released from your freezer, or those choice cut steaks your neighbors recently brought over as a thank you gift – wow! Just imagine the possibilities of creative cuisine that you can cook up in your new Southlake outdoor kitchen by Archadeck.

Archadeck In Southlake Recommends Putting Some Heat On And Under These Cherished Outdoor Kitchen Creations

Texas-Style BBQ Brisket: A tried and true Southlake outdoor kitchen staple. Brisket is slow cooked over indirect heat for hours until tender and juicy, often with a dry rub or a flavorful marinade. If you haven’t yet, you owe it to yourself – and your Southlake outdoor kitchen, to give it a go.

Smoked Ribs: The most yummy and memorable pork ribs, either baby back or spare ribs, are seasoned with a dry rub and slow smoked until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone. As we write this, we can almost taste them! For the sake of time, our team prefers to smoke our ribs on a pellet smoker, but any smoker will do. Just get your smoker preheated to 250 degrees and place the ribs on the top rack. Close the lid; and allow them to cook for about an hour and a half without touching them.

Grilled Steaks: High-quality steaks like ribeye, sirloin, or T-bone seasoned with salt, pepper, (and maybe a bit of garlic powder) can be grilled to perfection over high heat. Make ours medium rare, please.

Barbecued Chicken: Not a fan or beef or pork? No worries. Chicken is more than finger licking good when grilled in your outdoor kitchen. The Big Green Egg is terrific for preparing this delicacy. The trick is to baste them with a tangy barbecue sauce while grilling until the skin is crispy and the meat is juicy.

Texas-Style Sausages: Smoked sausages like jalapeño cheddar or traditional beef sausages are popular favorites in Southlake outdoor kitchens for their robust flavors and are often served with barbecue sauce or mustard. What’s your choice?

Grilled Vegetables: Alright, already. Not everybody is a carnivore – even here in Southlake. Many of our Southlake outdoor kitchen clients often grill vegetables like corn on the cob, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions, seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you haven’t yet, you’re in for a real treat.

Grilled Shrimp: You’re a seafaring fan, you say? Marinated in garlic, lemon, and butter, shrimp are grilled quickly over high heat until they turn pink and slightly charred. Watch the timing – they cook quickly!

Grilled Fish: Speaking of shrimp, fresh fish like salmon or trout, marinated in herbs and citrus, can easily be grilled to perfection in your Southlake outdoor kitchen, providing a lighter alternative to those hearty meats.
