The old deck was replaced with a spacious new low-grade deck, offering options for pressure-treated or composite materials to suit the homeowners' preferences. We planned out an L-shaped French drain system to address the drainage challenges, protecting the property from future water damage.

With the groundwork laid, we crafted a stunning outdoor living area. A custom-built pergola provides shade and creates a sense of privacy, perfectly complementing the integrated hot tub. The horizontal privacy fence adds a modern touch and ensures seclusion, while the artificial turf and stone pathways offer a low-maintenance yet visually appealing landscape. Recognizing the importance of creating a family-friendly environment, we added a new fenced area, ensuring that the clients' dogs could safely enjoy the revitalized outdoor space alongside their owners. The outbuilding was also revitalized with new siding, a new window, and a sliding door, transforming it into a bright and functional space.
