In Halifax’s Jollimore area, our client’s deck was worn out and possibly dangerous. Working with our client, we wanted to create a worry-free space for entertaining. We mimicked the existing layout but created a solid and sturdy deck that will last for years to come.
After the old deck was demolished and hauled away, new concrete, frost protected footings were placed, and the construction began. The pressure treated timber deck sits just over 170 square feet, giving them plenty of space to grill and entertain. The stairs descend to a small wooden landing platform and easy access to the yard beyond.
