These homeowners in downtown Halifax loved their urban home but the outdoor space needed an upgrade. They enjoyed city living but their country-roots had them longing for a quiet and private backyard. We updated their entire backyard including a paved patio with stone planters, covered patio area, privacy fencing, and storage shed. See the patio project here.
They were looking for an updated paved area were they didn’t have to mow a grassy yard each weekend. A stone patio was laid in it’s place and could double as parking during any winter storms.
Low-maintenance stone planters were added for pops of colour along the edge.
