We supplied and installed a new wood-framed roof system with PVC clad columns, white vinyl vaulted ceiling and Craft-Bilt – Vista 3-Season aluminum framed wall systems complete with 24" high white aluminum panel knee-wall, horizontal slider windows and fixed transoms.
To build this 3-season room we demolished the Halifax homeowners existing deck railing, beam, columns and above grade footings. A new deck beam was installed with below grade frost-protected concrete footings.
Our clients upgraded to a gable style asphalt shingle roof with a solid vinyl siding gable end and a 24″ × 48″ fixed skylight. This room was completed with new vinyl sheet flooring with subfloor over the existing decking and new electrical within the 3-season room including a new ceiling mounted fan/light fixture and a new GFI outlet.
We also removed the homeowners existing patio stones and replaced with a pressure treated deck.
