This Lower Sackville homeowner upgraded their outdoor living space to include a new custom covered porch!
Our team at Archadeck demolished the existing storage shed and wrap around deck including railing and stairs, as per design. We then supplied and installed a new 136 Sq. Ft. pressure treated covered deck including a 10′ × 12′ roof. Pressure treated wood material was selected for the picket railing, stairs to grade and solid vertical board skirting with access gates.
The homeowner upgraded the deck design to include a new mid-landing at stairs which included (3) additional footings with excavation, as required to avoid property line variance.
The solid vertical board skirting with access gate was upgraded to a sliding barn door style gate with exterior grade barn door hardware.
