The clients Dartmouth property slopes steeply to the beautiful Morris Lake below. We worked with the home owners to create a multi-level, multipurpose outdoor living space that would accommodate their wants and needs.
This unique thousand square foot design incorporates a large dining area and outdoor kitchen, hot tub area, and a spacious sitting area with gas fire feature. The built-in cooking area keeps all the mechanics hidden-away under the beautiful stone veneer panels. The new counter-top gives plenty of space for preparing and serving food.
This project won the 2016 Archadeck Design Excellence Award, beating out over 50 competitors from across the Canada and the United States. We also received a Nova Scotia Homebuilders Association Peak Award for Most Outstanding Residential Renovation for One Room. You can see the entire project here.
