We demolished the Halifax homeowners existing rear entry deck structure. We replaced the structure with a new 5′ × 12′-6" brown pressure treated rear entry step including flared stairs, pressure treated with black aluminum baluster railing, and solid board skirting.
This project also included demolishing and hauling the existing rotted wooden fence to replace with a new pressure treated board and batten fence including lattice top panel and main gate with black metal gate hardware.
The fence is constructed with 49’-3" of 72" high brown pressure treated wood, 4×4 posts, 2×4 fence rails, board and batten vertical fence boards, 22" high lattice panels with 2×2 trim and 5/4×6″ rail cap.
