Mississauga Rd. Composite Deck
Composite decks are a must-have in the Mississauga climate. This TimberTech
deck features rich coffee coloring that looks like stained wood, but will
require little upkeep and last much longer. Running the decking boards
diagonally adds strength and looks great. The matching chocolate-colored
aluminum railing includes modern glass infill for a sleek design and unobstructed
views of the yard. Step down to the lower level of the deck to gain easy
access to the hot tub which sits on the patio. And did we mention the
lighting? What good is a hot tub without nighttime accessibility? We added
deck lights to provide the perfect ambient lighting for an evening soak.
Mississauga Rd. Stone Patios
Creating multiple outdoor adjoining living spaces in a Mississauga Rd.
backyard can be accomplished with the use of varying materials. The lovely
gray-brown paver patio provides a perfect landing from the deck into the
yard. It also creates an area for placing the stone outdoor kitchen. On
the opposite side of the lower-level of the deck is another section of
the patio for the hot tub to sit on. The Mississauga Rd. paver patio also
provided a perfect solution for creating a walkway to the front yard on
either side of the home for easy access from the new outdoor living room.
Mississauga Rd. Pergolas
Pergolas are beloved for their craftsman charm and protection from the
sun. We created an arbor-sized pergola over the outdoor kitchen to provide
relief from the direct hot sun for the chef. We also built a pergola over
the hot tub for shade and added privacy. The hot tub pergola features
retractable shade that can be pulled back when the day is cool, and the
warm sun is a welcome feeling. It also provides added privacy from the
upstairs windows next door. To complete the privacy for the hot tub, we
added a modern wood privacy wall on one side and a stacked stone planter
box on the back.
Mississauga Rd. Outdoor Kitchens & Fire Pits
With gorgeous gray stone planter boxes hiding the utilities by the house
and providing a natural railing for the deck stairs, we decided to carry-over
this look to the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The stone outdoor kitchen
features plenty of room for the stainless steel grill, a cubby for storing
firewood and a lovely black natural stone countertop for prep space and
a serving area. Only steps away is the matching square outdoor fire pit
– a perfect place for guests to converse while the cook stays immersed
in the conversation too!
