Our most recent project in the Clear Creek Township of Waynesville is a conversion project. When the homeowners reached out to us, they were looking for a solution to add protection to their existing elevated open porch.

We used SCREENEZE® for the screening system and kept the wooden rail intact that was already there as part of the original porch. Archadeck of West Central & Southwest Ohio installed the screening on the inside of the screens to ensure the view looking into the porch remained cohesive. We made sure the framing we used on the project matches the house, and the aluminum framing was painted to match as well. We also added a storm door which includes an area for the homeowner’s dog to pass through to access the stairs into the yard.
