Ever since the COVID pandemic hit America, it seems like it’s one thing after another. The latest challenge we are all facing is shortages of various kinds – from grocery items, to toys for the holidays and other wants and needs including some building materials that may be more difficult to obtain or take longer to receive today.
With this in mind, we wanted to remind our clients and future prospects alike – and reassure you – that we appreciate your business, your patience, and the trust you placed in us to build the decks, screened porches, patios and other outdoor living spaces of your dreams.

With the current housing market booming and home remodeling projects at an all-time high, some of the better building materials we use as part of our commitment to excellence may be in short supply, so it may take a little longer to complete your outdoor living project. But like many things in life, the good things are worth waiting for. Perfection takes time.
We always want to keep an open line of communication with you. If construction of your Dayton/Cincinnati project is not proceeding according to schedule, we’ll call to let you know what the delay is.
If you want an update, we don’t mind if you ask the crew about it when you see them. Of course, interrupting them too often will slow them down and can be dangerous to the crews and yourself. Please keep that in mind.
Our crews are part of the team working on your project. From the Archadeck owner and project manager to the office staff and the crew, we are one dedicated, synchronized team.

Most of the time, our crew can provide the project updates you are seeking. If you ask them and still don’t feel clear about the answer, then please feel free to give us a call at the office. But first, please give the crew an opportunity to answer before you feel compelled to call us.
